A: Currently we are not offering scorecards or pencils with the Putts Perfect packages. These can be obtained through other suppliers of mini-golf products. We may offer these at a future date.

Q: How can I make money with the Putts Perfect portable putting courses?

A: Golf is one of the world’s most popular sports. It is not necessary to explain to very many people how to play putt putt golf. Offer it with every bounce rental as a game for parents and kids to play during their special event. The purchase of a 3 hole course allows you to set a hole up at 3 different locations for about $25 add on at each locale. That is an extra $75 a day.

Q: Can I get custom colors on the airframe, or customer graphics?

A: Yes and No. If you are only looking for a few units, then it is not possible to make custom colored airframes or custom graphics since we make the units in large production runs. If you are a corporation, or marketing company that is interested in sponsoring a promotion, and would like to order a large quantity of courses, then the answer is yes. The airframe material is available in any Pantone color, and our art department has state of the art high volume 4-color process screen printing capabilities to reproduce your message and logo in the highest quality possible. We can print substantial areas of the airframe to fit your needs. Digital printing is not available on the airframe due to the material type. Call us for details, minimum order quantities apply.

Q: Are there new course designs coming?

A: We are constantly working on new course designs and plan to have a full 18 hole course available by the end of 2010. We gladly listen to input from all of our customers. We will also have a 54’ Long Putt Challenge course coming in the spring of 2010.

Q: What is the Stimp Rating of the carpet?

A: The “Stimp” of the green is a measurement of how fast the greens are, as determined by use of a Stimpmeter. A Stimp of 9 means that the green measured at 9 when using the Stimpmeter. The higher the Stimp, the faster the greens. Stimp readings of 10 and higher are considered fast. Twelve would be extremely fast – as fast as most professional tournaments see. The Stimp rating is obtained by rolling a ball down a small ramp (stimp meter) in eight varying directions and measuring how many feet the ball rolls on each roll. The rating is actually the average distance of all 8 rolls that the ball rolls after touching the green. This is used predominantly on a professional basis. While our carpet will Stimp at about 7, we are able to provide higher Stimp rating carpets on an as needed basis. Substantial additional cost may be incurred. Please call Putts Perfect to discuss in more detail.
